Test Laboratory
Beta Energy Test Laboratory has been accredited by TÜRKAK (national organization affiliated to EU institutions) for 25 tests with accreditation number AB-0607-T. With this accreditation, our laboratory has gained the authority to serve Beta Enerji and other institutions as an independent laboratory. Our test laboratory is equipped with the most advanced test equipment in this field and all tests except Short Circuit Endurance Test can be performed in IEC standards. KEMA and Boğaziçi University are preferred for short circuit tests. Tests are performed in accordance with TS EN, IEC and IEEE standards. The tests performed for transformers can be listed as tests performed during production, standard routine tests, type tests, special tests, factory acceptance tests, field tests, troubleshooting or identification tests.
- Our lightning impact system is capable of measuring at 1200 kJ and 1200 kV levels. Our system has been calibrated by international organizations and TÜBİTAK UME.
- In March 2019, our 66 MVA 132/33 kV Power Transformer successfully passed the “Mechanical short circuit endurance test” by the International Independent Testing Laboratory (KEMA).
- We use the latest and best model test equipment for our partial discharge test system (MPD 600, OMICRON)
- There are 45 devices in our laboratory and their calibrations are performed in accredited calibration laboratories.
- Our loss measurement system has Siemens Software and is fully automatic.
- İnsan hatasını önlemek amacı ile test sistemimizde ölçülen test verileri otomatik kaydedilir ve tüm test verileri sistemden anlık takip edilir.
