These trainings cover topics such as specialization in the field, increasing personal and managerial competencies and providing professional development. Our training plans include on-the-job and orientation trainings, outsourced technical trainings, personal development trainings and e-learning trainings. In the recruitment process, the Beta family aims to place energetic, creative candidates who are able to adapt to changing conditions, who are prone to teamwork and who are creative. In line with this goal, we aim to reach suitable candidates by effectively using resources such as university-industry cooperation projects, career days organizations, long-term internship practices and various employment projects. In Performance Management and Career Planning, it is aimed to evaluate the performance of employees in an objective and fair manner, prioritizing transparency in performance evaluation processes. By providing regular feedback in performance processes, it is aimed to support the development of employees and help them achieve their career goals.
