• Roof Load Resistance: Designed to withstand a vertical load of at least 2500 N/m², it safely carries external loads such as snow loads and maintenance personnel.
• Wind and Water Resistance: It is resistant to wind pressure of at least 34 m/s (122 km/h) and provides stability in outdoor conditions with its waterproof structure.
• Mechanical Impact Resistance: The doors and ventilation shutters are IK10 rated. They offer high resistance to 20 Joule mechanical shock, thus protecting against vandalism.
• Concrete Class: The concrete used in the structure is C35/45 class, in accordance with TS 500. It provides high compressive strength and long-lasting structural safety.
• Protection Class (IP23): Provides safe protection against solid objects and water splashes up to 60° from the vertical.
