Quality Control
Our quality department supports the production of products at high quality standards and customer satisfaction by taking an active role in total quality philosophy at every stage of the production process.
All raw materials to be used in the production process are controlled in accordance with the Quality Plan, taking into account design requirements, purchasing specifications and product standards (EN 10341, IEC 60404-9, EN 60317-0-1, etc.). Regular visits are made to our suppliers and the continuity of our business partnership and the implementation of continuous improvement methodology are ensured. Error analysis and corrective actions are completed before the products are included in the production process.
During the production phase, each station is controlled in accordance with the Quality Plan and Quality Control forms, taking into account the technical drawings, and the data is recorded. Corrective action is initiated in case of possible errors and deviations are continuously monitored. Within the framework of the continuous improvement policy, trainings are organized to increase the competence of the personnel. Errors detected during the manufacturing process, as well as feedback from our customers, are examined and analyzed in detail by our relevant technical units and appropriate solutions are developed and implemented.
Our final transformers, which have successfully completed the test, are 100% thoroughly checked and recorded before shipment in terms of compliance with the specified quality standards.
